ABOUT US
Navigating the Path to a Brighter Tomorrow
BlueCrest is dedicated to helping our clients navigate the transition from treatment to daily life so they can achieve their long-term wellness goals. Our center helps them focus on the journey to a better life.
Our programs are designed to meet you wherever you are on your path to lasting wellness. BlueCrest offers comprehensive mental health treatment and specialized addiction recovery services, with multiple levels of care that enable clients to build meaningful connections with our expert clinical team and peers.
Flexible outpatient programs can be tailored to fit around work schedules and personal commitments. Ongoing support helps individuals maintain sobriety after completing initial treatment.
Many individuals struggling with addiction also face mental health challenges. Our outpatient mental health programs are designed to address both addiction and mental health disorders simultaneously.
Mental Health Program
Our mental health program is delivered as outpatient treatment, allowing individuals to maintain their daily responsibilities while receiving professional addiction care. Outpatient programs provide ongoing support to individuals who have completed more intensive treatment but still need structured care. It includes various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Individuals typically start with our adult partial care program, which requires 6-8 hours of therapy each day. Patients return home at night.
After partial care is completed, they move on to Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), which provide 3 or more hours of treatment, 3-5 days per week. The final step is outpatient addiction treatment, which can include support services such as case management and access to psychiatrists.
Our outpatient programs help patients navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. Small groups, individualized attention, supportive housing, and a healing environment set us apart.
Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
People who work during the day may be interested in our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program, which provides structured support for individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders. With evening scheduling, clients can maintain work and family commitments while building a strong foundation for lasting sobriety.

Evidence-Based Mental Health Care in New Jersey
Mental health challenges are deeply personal. Treatment plans in BlueCrest outpatient programs are individualized and evidence-based, focusing on the medical, emotional, and social factors of addiction. They address drug addiction at its root, supporting relapse prevention and long-term recovery.
Here are some techniques we integrate:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT): Helps people identify and address negative thought patterns and develop coping skills to manage them in a healthy way.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy: This offshoot of CBT also focuses on dealing with negative emotions, but integrates a more mindful approach based on emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
Medication Management: Medications are often used to reduce symptoms and cravings during detox and can treat anxiety and depression on an ongoing basis.
Dual Diagnosis: We understand that mental health challenges often contribute to addiction. We start with detox to address the physical bonds of addiction, then focus on its underlying causes.
Group Counseling: Individuals learn from their peers and understand that they are not alone.
Addiction Treatment
In addition to our primary mental health program, BlueCrest offers specialized treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Our Evening IOP program helps clients build the skills and support systems they need for lasting recovery from drugs and alcohol.
