Comprehensive Mental Health Care

Our program is structured to support individuals at different stages of treatment. Some people need a full schedule of daily care, while others are ready for fewer treatment hours as they become more stable and independent.

Each level of care is based on the individual’s current symptoms, personal circumstances, support system, and long-term goals. As their needs change, the treatment plan can be adjusted to provide the appropriate amount of structure and support.

Adult Partial Care (APC)

Our Adult Partial Care Program combines a full day of structured mental health treatment with supportive housing. You will take part in therapy, practical skill building, and guided activities during scheduled treatment hours, while our supportive living environments provide added structure and consistency throughout the rest of your week.

Program Structure

This full-day program provides focused treatment for individuals who need more support than weekly therapy can offer. It can serve as a step down from a higher level of care or provide added structure when symptoms begin to interfere with daily life.

The APC program may be appropriate if your symptoms have recently become more difficult to manage, you are adjusting after a psychiatric hospitalization, or you need consistent therapeutic support as you begin treatment.

Comprehensive Therapeutic Modalities

Participants engage in a diverse daily schedule including:

Goal-Oriented Approach

Through the APC program, you will learn more about your symptoms, develop practical coping skills, and establish routines that support your mental health during treatment and as you become more independent.

Supportive Housing

If you are addressing both mental health and substance use concerns, our co-occurring program pairs structured treatment with supportive housing. This gives you greater consistency throughout the week while you work on both conditions as part of one plan.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Our Outpatient Program provides ongoing clinical support with fewer scheduled treatment hours. This level of care allows clients to continue working, attending school, and managing family responsibilities while receiving therapy and building skills to support their mental health.

Evidence-Based Therapies

For those ready for fewer treatment hours, Outpatient care offers continued clinical support after Adult Partial Care or an Intensive Outpatient Program. It can also be a good option if you already have a stable living environment and need less structure.

Comprehensive Therapeutic Modalities

You will engage in the same proven modalities used in our higher levels of care, including:

Real-World Application

With fewer scheduled sessions, you wii have more opportunities to practice the skills you learn in treatment at home, at work, and in other everyday situations.

Ongoing Support Network

Regular sessions help you stay connected with you therapists and peers while continuing to receive guidance and support as you become more independent.

Our Outpatient Program may be a good fit if you have reliable support at home, are transitioning from a more structured level of care, or need a treatment schedule that works with your job, education, or family responsibilities.

Frequently Asked Questions

Adult Partial Care (APC) is BlueCrest’s most intensive level of mental health care. It provides a full-day, structured therapeutic experience that includes individual therapy, group therapy, trauma-informed therapies, and holistic practices such as yoga and meditation. APC is well suited for individuals transitioning from an inpatient psychiatric setting, those experiencing a significant escalation in symptoms, or anyone beginning their healing journey who needs a high level of daily structure and support. Clients return home each evening.

The Outpatient Program (OP) provides the same evidence-based therapeutic modalities as APC, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness, but with a reduced session frequency that allows clients to maintain their work, academic, and family responsibilities. OP is appropriate for individuals with a stable home support system, those who have completed a more intensive level of care and need ongoing maintenance, or motivated clients who can manage their daily life but benefit from continued clinical support.

Yes. BlueCrest’s approach is intentionally fluid and adaptive. The clinical team continuously evaluates your progress and adjusts your level of care accordingly, moving between APC and OP in either direction as your situation warrants. Transitions between levels are planned collaboratively with you, building your confidence and independence at every stage rather than applying a rigid schedule.

No. Adult Partial Care is an outpatient program. Despite being a full-day, structured experience, clients return home each evening. There is no overnight component at BlueCrest. For clients who need additional structure in their living situation, supportive housing is available on a case-by-case basis as a complement to treatment.

Transitions at BlueCrest are collaborative and carefully planned. Your clinical team will work with you directly to determine the right time to step down or adjust your level of care. The goal is to move toward greater independence without losing momentum, ensuring continuity of therapeutic relationships, peer connections, and skill-building as you progress.

The two levels in BlueCrest’s Mental Health Program, APC and OP, are designed to support clients through an extended healing process that adapts as they progress. For clients with co-occurring substance use disorders who need an additional structured track, the Evening IOP provides continued support alongside or following the mental health program. Supportive housing is also available for clients requiring additional environmental structure.
